Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer free shipping within Singapore for orders over $100. For orders under $100 there is a flat rate shipping fee of $8.

Please allow 1–4 business days for deliveries within Singapore.

If we need to arrange a redelivery due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, a fee of up to $20 may apply. This fee must be paid prior to redelivery.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination using our preferred international courier. These costs are calculated at checkout.

Please allow up to 7 business days for international shipping, excluding any customs processing time.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs inspections, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are permitted for import into their destination country and comply with all local regulations.

Balanced Living Asia is not responsible for packages that are delayed, held, rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities. If a shipment is stopped, held, or refused by customs in the destination country, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

If a package is returned to us by customs or the courier, we may contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense, once the item has been safely returned to us.

Regulatory Responsibility

By placing an international order with Balanced Living Asia, you acknowledge and agree that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with all import laws, health regulations, and restrictions in the destination country.

Balanced Living Asia makes no guarantees that products available on our website are permitted for import outside of Singapore. If a shipment is refused, seized, or destroyed by customs due to local regulations, the order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Returns

We are happy to offer an exchange on eligible items, however please note there are restrictions on returns for certain vitamins and supplements due to health and safety regulations.

Please contact us first to discuss your return request. Returns are assessed case by case.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Opened supplements or vitamins

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

However, we are happy to offer an exchange if your item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
