Sarah Barguirdjian - Yoga Teacher

Originally from the UK, Sarah began practicing Yoga as a teenager and has taught full time since 2006.  She is qualified at the highest level with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500 teacher.

She has found Yoga to be an endless source of strength and has drawn from its teachings to become more mindful and patient through life’s ups and downs.   She encourages women and men of all ages, from beginners to more advanced, to enjoy the benefits of Yoga by teaching poses at different stages so that they’re accessible to all.

Her classes and workshops at are a  healthy blend of steady focus and hard work, to warmth, grace and humour.

Karen Taylor – Reiki Master

Karen is passionate about people finding their true potential. She assists people to take that first step towards creating positive change within and without. She has found the loving, healing energy of Reiki, and the support from Hypnotherapy and Yoga, to be a catalyst in her own life and has a passion for passing this on. Her aim is to inspire and enable people to help and heal themselves.

She began her Reiki journey in 2007 and inspired by this wonderful healing energy, she completed her Usui Reiki Master Teacher Training with Elaine Grundy (Reiki Centre) in 2012.   She qualified as a Hypnotherapist (Certified with the National Guild of Hypnotists) in 2008.

Ma Nithya Durgananda - Yoga & Meditation

Through Ma Durga’s personalised programs and yoga classes, she takes her students/clients on experiential journey through the embodiment of their existence and helps them to discover health and the right understanding about life.  She is a certified yoga teacher from sVyasa, Indian Yoga Institute. She also incorporates the body-work from Body-Mind Centering (BMC) developed by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen using human developmental patterns as well as Vedic knowledge in her classes.

Ma Durga encourages a gentle nurturing style in her regular Tuesday and Thursday classes bringing attention to thought, breath and posture to respect the changing needs of our bodies.

Sophie Chua

Sophie is a certified yoga teacher from sVyasa, Indian Yoga Institute since 2009. She also completed Yoga Therapy course with the same institute in 2010. Since then she has been teaching yoga in Singapore and Shanghai. Her classes are received in both cities and she is experienced with corporate, group and private classes. 

Sophie is also an internationally certified Usui Reiki Master-Teacher. She is bilingual and able to teach in English and Chinese fluently. She teaches Yoga for stress relief on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Rebekah Stump - Yoga Teacher

Having studied in Spain, Thailand and Taiwan, Rebekah holds her RYT-200 and is currently studying for her RYT-500. Her classes offer students a safe place to explore what yoga means to them. This is done through a constantly varied practice of breath-led sequences that are accessible to all. Classes are designed for practitioners of all levels and are comprised of both yin and yang postures. Through the support of bolsters and blocks, yin postures are restorative and calm-ing, while Yang postures are continually flowing. This offers students a holistic and balanced approach to yoga.
