Sarah Barguirdjian - Yoga Teacher
Originally from the UK, Sarah began practicing Yoga as a teenager and has taught full time since 2006.
She is qualified at the highest level with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500 teacher.
She has found Yoga to be an endless source of strength and has drawn from its teachings to become more mindful and patient through life’s ups and downs.
She encourages women and men of all ages, from beginners to more advanced, to enjoy the benefits of Yoga by teaching poses at different stages so that they’re accessible to all.
Her classes and workshops at are a
healthy blend of steady focus and hard work, to warmth, grace and humour.
She currently offers Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin/ Yang classes at Balanced Living on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
