In order to comply with new government guidelines on social distancing we are moving our educational health talks online! We will be covering key health issues such as immunity and managing stress & anxiety naturally through good diet, mindfulness practices and key supplements and herbals.
Our first webinar, hosted by Toni Baker, in-house Naturopath at Balanced Living, will focus on how to boost immunity and what you can do to support your health naturally in this age of viral evolution.
During the talk, you will gain a better understanding of how the immune system works and the body’s defence network against pathogens. You will learn ways to optimize dietary and lifestyle choices to support your immune system and some key herbs and nutrients that will keep your body’s defence system working optimally.
