SeleNext contains the most effective selenium compound Methylselenocysteine, combined with BroccoMax (rich in SGS (Sulforaphane Glucosinolate), Vitamin B 2 (Riboflavin) and Vitamin E (d-Alpha tocopherol succinate).

Methylselenocysteine is the predominant and most active form of selenium found in nature and food. Each serving of SeleNext contains 200 mcg of Selenium from Methylselenocysteine. Vitamins B 2 and E are important to the metabolism of Selenium.
