Joint Care is designed to help alleviate the pain, stiffness, and inflammation caused by arthritic symptoms. These may include: inflammation of joints (typically fingers, wrists, feet, ankles and sometimes hip and shoulder joints), discomfort and cartilage degeneration in these areas.

Adult Suggested Use: Take 1/2 teaspoon 3 times a day. 2 full droppers equal approx. 1/4 teaspoon. A "full dropper" is 1 squeeze on the dropper.

Note: Drinking 5 cups of Green Tea a day may also aid in decreasing joint inflammation.

Caution: DO NOT use this formula if pregnant or nursing.

Ingredients: Contains Grapple Root, Nettle Leaf, Yucca Root, Olive Leaf, vegetable glycerine, distilled water and approximately 20% grain alcohol.
