Jarrow FORMULAS IP6 contains 500 mg of purified Inositol Hexaphosphate (IP6) from rice bran extracted in Japan. IP6 is a phosphorylated form of Inositol commonly found in fiber-rich plant foods. IP6 supports immunity and cardiovascular health by enhancing Natural Killer (NK) cells and chelating reactive iron to protect against corrosive hydroxyl free radicals.

Suggested Use: Take 1 to 4 capsules per day on an empty stomach, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant. Best taken with a Vitamin B-Complex.

Caution: DO NOT take at the same time of day as minerals or medications. IP6 is an efficient mineral chelator and therefore should be taken only on an empty stomach.

Other Ingredients: Rice flour, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. Capsule consists of gelatin.
