Jarrow FORMULAS Green Tea 500 is water extracted and consists of 40% polyphenols, including 30% Catechins. Catechins are flavan monomers, the building blocks of OPCs. OPCs, OligoProanthoCyanidins, are polymers (or chains) of flavans. Catechins are generally more bioavailable and more potent antioxidants than proanthocyanidins.

Green Tea can help assist weight loss as it can promote the burning of fat and help to regulate blood sugar and insulin levels. Furthermore, it may help lower cholesterol levels and reduce the clotting tendencies of blood. It is also known to help in cellular protection.

Suggested Use: Take 1 to 5 capsules per day with food, or use as directed by your qualified health care consultant.

Caution: 1 capsule provides approximately 40 mg of caffeine. Pregnant or lactating women or individuals with hypertension or who have cardiovascular abnormalities should consult their qualified health care consultant before using this product.
