Waihi Bush Flax Balance is a high quality source of Omega-3 and Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids. It may be used as a general health supplement and is recommended as a health maintenance aid for people recovering from EFA imbalance (deficiency in Omega-3 and excess of Omega-6).

Suggested Use: Adults Take 1-2 Tablespoons (15 - 30 ml); Children Take 1 Tablespoon (10 - 20 ml) daily mixed with juice, water, milk or food, or as directed by a health care provider. It is suggested to substitute at least (one bottle) of Flax Balance with any of the other Waihi Bush Oils to ensure proper Omega-3 to Omega-6 ratio.
Note: May be used in cold recipes, (maximum temperature of 120°F/49°C) or add to food after cooking. DO NOT use for cooking. KEEP REFRIGERATED.

Flax Balance is pressed from certified organic flax seed, Linum usitatissimum and Safflower Seed, Carthamus tinctorius. The oil is high quality, extra virgin, unrefined, containing no toxic substances or cholesterol. It is cold pressed in the absence of light, air and reactive metals and packaged in black HDPE plastic to further protect it against light damage.
