Adult Female Suggested Use:
• You will need ounces for the recommended (5) weeks. Begin taking (5) weeks before your anticipated date of delivery.
• Week 1: Take 1/4 teaspoon before morning and evening meals. 2 full droppers equal approx. 1/4 teaspoon. A "full dropper" is 1 squeeze on the dropper.
• Week 2:Take 1/4 teaspoon 3 times daily before meals. 2 full droppers equal approx. 1/4 teaspoon. A "full dropper" is 1 squeeze on the dropper.
• Maintain this dosage until delivery.
• If taking Herbal Raspberry Leaf Tea or Balanced Living Raspberry Leaf, only take Birth Formula (1) time daily until the LAST week of pregnancy, then increase to (2) times daily.
