Arnica, Arnica Montana, is the most commonly used first aid homeopathic remedy. It is used extensively following injury or shock and is great for helping recovery from bruising or tissue trauma. It is also used topically to ease bruising and muscular aches and pains.

• Ailments from mental of physical shock.
• Wants to be left alone, says there is nothing wrong with them.
• Fear of touch or being approached.
Modalities:
• Injuries, bruises, touch.
• Lying down, open air, changing position.
Suggested Use: Administer 1-2 pillules under the tongue or dissolve in water every 15 minutes until symptoms improve. Do not administer within 15 minutes of food or drink. This can be used with Balanced Living Arnica Cream or Injury Cream, use tablets when skin is broken. Once symptoms improve, stop remedy. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare provider.
