AMINO SURGE is a rich source of various forms of amino acids from whey protein. AMINO SURGE is especially rich in Branched Chain Amino Acids (223 mg per tablet), which are essential for formation of muscle mass and positive nitrogen balance.
AMINO SURGE is formulated with synergists that enhance the absorption, metabolism and efficacy of amino acids. Amino acids are relatively simple molecules with a molecular weight of about 100. All body proteins are produced from amino acids. Also, Amino acids play a role in energy production, as the carbon backbone can be shunted into the Tri-Carboxylic Acid (TCA), or Krebs cycle. Structural proteins, such as collagen, cartilage and elastin are rich in amino acids. Amino acids are also needed to produce hormones, enzymes, neurotransmitters and other substances.
Suggested Use:Take 1 to 2 tablets, preferably with juice, up to 3 times per day, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
Low Level Resistance or Aerobic Training: Take 2 to 3 tablets, preferably with juice, 30 minutes before meals.
High Level Resistance or Anaerobic Training: Take 4 to 6 tablets, preferably with juice, 30 to 60 minutes before or after exercise.
